Why Costa Rica?

Costa Rica is one of the most sought out locations for investment, retirement and development projects both large and small. With it's high level of education, health care system and good infrastructure, people are finding this as a great alternative for an offshore retirement location as well as investment opportunity area.

Recent announcements of major Banks from the USA and major retailers buying in, indicates that things are very obvious to some of the major players in the world. General Electric has taken a 49% position with Banco de San Jose, Wendy's has committed to 15 restaurants in the next 3 years. Intel has a large plant facility here, Wal-Mart has taken a major position with one of the largest supermarket chains in all of Central America and the founder of AOL is now involved with a major 23 million dollar luxury development.
